biography

Natalie Grace debuted her CD Permission to Fly on January 12, 2008. The project was spearheaded last spring by Nashville artist and producer Max Abrams, saxophonist with Big & Rich, Muzik Mafia, and Circus Maximus; and vocal coach Teresa Smith, who has worked with such artists as Jessica Andrews, Hope Partlow, Whitney Duncan, Lauren Pritchard, Lucy Hale and many others.

The pair coordinated a team of very talented Nashville musicians, including Adam Schoenfeld as session leader and guitarist. The collaboration has created a contemporary country/pop/americana album including 5 original songs by Nashville writers such as Marcus Hummon and James Slater (In My Daughter's Eyes), and a Catherine Feeny cover tune.

Natalie said, "This has been a wonderful opportunity and privilege to be a part of such an amazing project, and to work with such talented artists. I have learned so much, and I am truly blessed to have worked with Max and his friends, and to have Mrs. Teresa as my teacher. This experience has been an opportunity of a lifetime. All of my family, friends, and church family are very supportive and encouraging."

Singing, dancing and performing have always been Natalie's passion. She is active in many choirs and fine arts programs. She regularly volunteers to sing at local Tennessee events such as the NAIA, FUMC, Ballet Arts, Cerebral Palsy Telethon, Circles of Hope Telethon, and West Tennessee State Fair.
